Input email to send, list of recipients, how many mails to send out per time-interval and that's that!

After you uploaded the script; all you need to send out mails is to input email's details, list of recipients, and time between each email batch.

What you can set up for your email is:
- Subject
- Mail's body, the script supports html and text
- Sender name
- Reply-to address
- Return-path address

Then you upload recipient list, just copy-paste the addresses or import it from text file.

After that, decided on how to run the script. For example, if your server allowed 500 mails to send out per hour and you have 2,000 recipients - you can set it so the scripts send out 8 mails per minute then let it run, all your 2,000 emails will be sent out within 4 hours and you won't violate your server email's policy!

The mail-queue process are done through JavaScript, not through PHP - this means you can change the process on the fly, the process can be pause/resume, and what you see on mail-sending windows are what will actually happened.

Mailer window allows you to monitor mail sending process!

After you input email's information and recipients, you'll see a mailer windows showing status of mail-sending process.

On this windows, you'll see:
- How many emails are left to be sent
- What emails are sending out on the current interval
- Total script time that caused resource usage on the server (this is NOT a total script time, ex: the script may run for 1 hour, but it may only use 2 minutes of server resouce, another 58 minutes are "wait" time)
- A check box to "pause/resume" the script
- How often the script send out emails
- How many emails the script send out on each interval
- Current message to send out, you can change this on the fly
- A button to force emails to send out without having to wait for interval time

No MySQL database needed, all you need is a server and FTP Access!

To run the script on your server, just download the .zip package, extract it to your harddisk, open your favorite FTP client, upload the script to your server and that's it!

For example, if you want to use the script on yourdomain.com, these are all you have to do:
1. Download the script.
2. Extract the .zip file to your harddisk.
3. Open the FTP client, you can try FireZilla.
4. Access your server on ftp.yourdomain.com with login and password - if you don't have this information, ask your server company!
5. Upload the extracted file (we use email_manager_free.php in this case) to anywhere on your FTP, let says, /mailer folder
6. That's it, now you can access and use the script by visiting www.yourdomain.com/mailer/phpinboxmailer_regular.php

No extra server configurations are needed, just upload the script and it'll be ready to use!

If you cant send out emails from your host, just send it from other hosts!

To use external SMTP, just select to send out mails using "External SMTP" instead of "PHP Mail()" - then supply SMTP information and that's it! The script will queue emails

But make sure that your hosting have PHP PEAR package installed, otherwise this functionality won't works!  99.99% of hosting companies have PEAR Package installed.

What use are the emails if they get JUNKED all the time!

By using installed script on your server, there are advantages that can help you avoid being junked:

1. By using PHP mail() function, the domain-key between your domain and out-going mails are matched - Yahoo and many mail-provider like that!
2. With ability to specify on how many emails to send out per time-interval, you can set the number so it is safe to use with any mail providers (for example, hotmail will accepts 500 mails per hours without raising a red flag)
3. You can just install the script on multiple cheap hosting plan, use them to send mail, then move on to the next server
4. You can even use the script to send mails through any SMTP's you might have then move on!

As we are working on sites that have top sender score according to returnpath.net, we'll post more tips/how to avoid being junked as time goes by - so don't forget to subscribe for updates!
